Either way, I hope you considered--or are considering--your vote carefully. I've said this before. You should vote, but only if you are interested and educated in whatever issues are particularly important to you. There's no reason to be an uninformed voter.
More than likely you will run into a couple of candidates this weekend. I know I'll be out in the Laurelwood area for much of the next couple of days, accompanied by some family, friends, supporters and who knows what else.
As we have moved closer to voting day, the questions and comments have certainly increased. Municipal elections are a very long process. Too long in fact. I've enjoyed meeting people, and talking to them on their doorstep. But this really is a marathon. Everyone who runs deserves credit for taking part in the process. But we need to compress the time frame to make it easier on candidates and voters!
